<p>The subject of the invention is an effluent treatment method comprising a step of dehydrating/drying the effluent inside at least one drying oven (2) supplied with hot gas by at least one burner (9) using a fuel. This method is characterized in that it comprises an additional step of separately treating a fatty fraction of the effluent, this step consisting in partial dehydration of a fatty fraction of the effluent and supplying combustible fats used to supply at least one burner (9).
