The separator has a spray technology by which separator is not laid on removable and isolating surface between anode and cathode. The separator has aprotischen solvents made from an inorganic filler, polyolefins or polyfluoropolymer as monopolymer, copolymer or terpolymer, lithium guidance salts. The calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, cement, alkali or alkaline earth metal salts of oxalate, phosphates or bristle are used as fillers. The lithium guidance salts are lithium organoborate or lithium hexafluorophosphate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a separator for lithium batteries, particularly for lithium polymer batteries, where nitrogen, particularly uses carbon dioxide as propulsion gas for the spraying casting. |
