A fluid magnetizer comprises a housing 1, at least two electromagnetic devices 2 in contact with an outer surface of a pipe or tank 4 and a power supplier 3 which transfers direct current (DC) into alternate current (AC) or directly provides AC for inducing time-varying magnetic flux lines. Each electromagnetic device 2 comprises a U-shaped magnetic conduit 20 with a solenoid 21 disposed at both end of the conduit 20 such that each electromagnetic device 2 has two solenoids 2. The solenoids 21 are connected to the power supply 3 such that the alternating current creates an electromagnetic field which is incident upon the fluid flowing in the pipe 4. The housing 1 consists of two parts 10, 11 which surround the outer surface of the pipe or tank. The device ideally operates with an AC frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz and a voltage in the range of 20 220V. |
