A transmission of the large truck is provided to prevent the damage of the various parts caused by the misoperation of operator and to improve the reaction speed. A transmission of the large truck comprises the transmission(200) including the switching valve(230); the range switch(310) formed within the variable speed knob(300); the safety switch(320) located inside the variable speed knob; and the speed sensor(500) and the electronic module(400) connected with the safety switch. The switching valve supplying the pneumatic to the low range cylinder(210) or the high range cylinder(220) from the pneumatic input apparatus(100). The range switch controls the switching valve by using pneumatic, the safety switch is connected between the pneumatic input apparatus and range switch, and the electronic module generating the electric signal according to the car speed.
