#CMT# #/CMT# The machine i.e. axial piston machine (1), has a cylinder drum (2) arranged rotatably about a rotary axis (D), and comprising a piston recess (3) in which a piston (4) is arranged in a longitudinally-adjustable manner. The piston stays in effective connection with a path by a contact body (16). The body is supported rotatably about a rotational axis (R) that is arranged perpendicular to the rotary axis. The piston stays is in effective connection with the contact body by an eccentric drive (20). The eccentric drive has a connecting rod (21) staying in effective connection with the piston. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Hydrostatic displacement machine i.e. axial piston machine (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The piston stroke is produced by the eccentric drive during rolling of contact body at the path without the need of a cam-like elevation in the path, so that the manufacturing expenditure is reduced.
