A foundation-less free standing steel pole is provided to prevent soil contamination and to reduce construction hour and labour hour. A foundation-less free standing steel pole comprises a steel pipe pole(10), a base flange(20) which is comprised in order to have the diameter which is bigger than the steel pipe pole, and includes a plurality of holes in surrounding, a plurality of reinforcing ribs(22) which is protruded to the predetermined height in the upper of the base flange and is connected to the steel pipe pole, a fixture(40) which on the whole fixes and supports the steel pipe pole, and a fastener(30) connecting the fixing means and base flange.
