EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE

An exhaust gas recirculation system for vehicle is provided to prevent inflow of exhaust gas into parts such as solenoid assembly and sensors by using a two-piece pintle shaft. An exhaust gas recirculation system for vehicle comprises a solenoid assembly(10) including an armature(16), an upper shaft(20) positioned in the bottom of the armature, a standoff base(40) combined in the bottom of the solenoid assembly, a pintle shaft(30) which contacts with the bottom of the upper shaft by the elasticity of a spring(13a), a pintle head(31) combined in the bottom circumference of the pintle shaft, and a mounting base(50) which opens and closes by up and down movement of the pintle shaft and the upper shaft. The pintle shaft is combined with a shield(13) provided in the center of the standoff base.
