摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: there is performed local deformation of heavy loaded sections of shaft, such as chamfers, mouth of openings and cross section changes by means of pulse machines or impact facilities which create compression stresses with impact tools; also at moment of creating compressing stresses in crankshaft pulse facilities or impact machines perform only one relative motion between impact tool and treated surface of section of crankshaft in plane perpendicular to this surface; additionally, crankshaft is continuously rotated during treatment, while at moment of creation of compression stresses, when impact tool hits treated section of crankshaft, time of effect of impact tool and force of impacts are chosen under condition of forced stop of rotating motion of crankshaft. The method is implemented in the device consisting of pulse machines or impact facilities with impact tools and a reducer for crankshaft rotation; also the reducer is equipped with a continuous drive for rotating motion of crankshaft, the system of which is designed to be strained spring-like. ^ EFFECT: upgraded strength at sign-changing bend and fatigue hardness of crankshafts. ^ 20 cl, 6 dwg
