<p>The wiring board has a feed line film (32), a signal line film (20) and an operation line film for supplying current, level signal and operation instruction signal to an electro-optical element, respectively. The feed line film and the operation line film are arranged in the same layer. The feed line film has resistance lower than the resistance of the signal line film and the operation line film.
