<p>The device for securing a container, especially on a container-ship, on a fixed structure such as a lashing bridge (12), has at least one first connecting element facing the fixed structure, and at least one second connecting element facing the container. The connecting elements are interconnected in a hinged manner. A locking element is provided on the second connecting element and counteracts at least one force component, which is induced by movement of the container in space, which acts upon the container. An independent claim is included for a method for securing a container, especially on a container ship, on a fixed structure, using the proposed device.</p> |
