FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, a panel, particularly composite panel is comprised of adapting parts at both opposite edges. A wood-like ornament is applied on decorative part of the panel. Wood parts represented as trimmed wood was removed from the ornament with tools. Besides the panel includes wood patterns with upper layers being made from synthetic materials and wood-based underlying padding comprised or not comprised of several layers or parts. The panel with ornament is provided with corrugated parts, which are extended as wood-based material of the above-mentioned padding.
