An organic light emitting display and a driving method thereof are provided to realize a uniform brightness image by reducing the highest brightness of a pixel to the highest of pixel which is deteriorated mostly. A scan driver(10) successively supplies a scanning signal for the scan period of a plurality of subfields of one frame, and a data driver(20) supplies at least one of a first data signal and a second signal to a data signal. A deterioration compensation unit(100) controls a bit value and generates a second data to reduce the highest brightness of the pixels to the highest brightness of the pixel which is deteriorated mostly. A timing control unit(50) supplies a third data to data driver controls an emitting time at each sub fields by receiving the second data.
