The snow glide board (1) has two guiding or mounting elements (7) assigned to each other and provided in displacement against each other in a binding region in a transverse direction of a glide board body (2) for positive-fit fastening of a binding or elements of the binding to a top side of the glide board body. A distance (x) between the guiding or mounting elements or anchoring pegs (8) of the guiding or mounting elements engaging in the glide board body amounts to approximately 30 to 60 percentage of a maximum width (X) of the glide board body. The guiding and mounting elements are formed by a strip-shaped profile that is made of metal or plastic.
