APPARATUS FOR BATTERYLESS PREVENTING FROM OPENING OF CURRENT TRANSFORMER SECOND TERMINAL USING SOLID STATE RELAY

An apparatus for preventing a second terminal of a current transformer from opening is provided to reduce abrasion due to on/off operation of a switching contact point by using a semiconductor switching device. A transformer transforms the voltage in an opening state of a second terminal of a current transformer(50). A short switch performs an ammeter check operation or a latching current erase operation of a semiconductor switching device. A first rectifier(30) rectifies an AC voltage applied through the transformer. A short circuit unit(40) forms a closed circuit for closing the opening state of the second terminal of the current transformer. The current transformer generates the voltage by the current applied to the first rectifier in the transformer. A second rectifier(60) rectifies the current by the induced voltage. An alarm relay unit outputs the alarm message by switching the semiconductor switching device according to the voltage outputted from the second rectifier.
