SURFACE LIGHT SOURCE APPARATUS

A surface light source device is provided to uniformize distribution of quantity of light applied to a light guide plate by forming a light reflection structure in a wavy shape or cross shape and reduce production cost. A surface light source device comprises a light guide plate, a light source section, and a light reflection structure(113). The light source section is arranged in one side of the light guide plate. The light reflection structure is formed in a rear side of the light guide plate. The light reflection structure is formed with a mirror surface without concavo-convex so as for reflected light to have predetermined orientation.
