A paper container formed of a cutting line of the wave shape is provided, which uses the environment-friendly paper and maintains the sealing state in handling or carrying the container. A paper container formed of a cutting line of the wave shape comprises: a main body(10) of the paper material in which the internal space receiving the product is formed and the top is open; a lid(20) of the paper material which is adhered to the flange part formed in the outside direction of the main body and covers the opened upper side of the main body; and a cutting part(21) equipped with two cutting lines which are half-cut on the top and bottom at the constant along the circumference of the outer side of the lid.
