A switch lever for vehicles is provided to reduce the number of a component by changing a contact position through a lever arm. A car switch arm comprises a knob, a lever arm, a contact terminal area(22), a guide member(20), and an insulation member(28). A knob turns on/of a light of a vehicle and operates a wiper, and a lever arm rotates according to rotation of knob. The contact terminal area is positioned at one end of the lever arm, and the contact terminal area moves according to the rotation of the lever arm. The guide groove is formed in a guide member, and the insulation member is positioned at the bottom of the contact terminal area.
