An under ride preventing device of a vehicle is provided to prevent the under ride phenomenon by securing the enough overlap volume with the opposite side collision vehicles. An under ride preventing device of a vehicle comprises: a fixing back beam(100) installed at an inner side of a bumper; a movable back beam(110) located between a car body facing with the bumper based on the fixing back beam and the fixing back beam; and a movable back beam driver module(120) jutting out the movement back beam to the upper side if the crash accident breaks out. The fixing back beam includes: a internal space in which the movable back beam is built in; and a protrusion unit(104) protruding the movable back beam to the upper side.
