ORGANIC CONDUCTOR AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing an organic conductor is provided to control electrical characteristic of a (TMTSF)2X compound through a simple cooling-heating process and to form an organic conductor with desired conductivity. A method for manufacturing an organic conductor comprises the steps of: cooling an organic compound including (TMTSF)_2X; and heating the cooled organic compound. The TMTSF is tetramethyltetraselenafulvalene and X is anions. The cooling and heating steps are repeated at least two times. The cooling step cools the temperature of the organic compound to 20 K from 300 K. The heating step heats the temperature of the organic compound from 20 K to 300 K.
