A method for automatic control of the process for melting of fillmass, comprising control for the level of sweet water, water and syrup, steam in the manifold, control of temperature, consistence and level into melting mixing apparatus, programmable control of the process and local and long-distance control of electric motors, where the temperature and level of melting mixing apparatus are regulated interdependently, according to the algorithm of logical-programmable control, the pressure of jacket steam, the level of sweet water, syrup and water, and also the valve opening for supply of steam, sweet water and fillmass into melting mixing apparatus are measured simultaneously, in accordance with these results the target values of temperature and consistence of the fillmass are corrected. |
