A power clutch screw nut is provided to easily fasten a bolt and a screw nut by using a second bent unit, and to prevent fastening force of a bolt and a nut from getting loose by external impact or vibration. A power clutch screw nut is composed of a screw nut(300) and a coil spring(400) inserted in the screw nut. The screw nut is composed of a recessed part(310) recessed inwardly, a spiral part(320) formed in the lower center of the recessed part, a fastening groove unit(330), and a slot(340). The bolt includes first and second bent units(410,420). The first and second bent units are bent to the outside, the upper end thereof is hanged within the fastening groove unit, and the lower end thereof is inserted within the slot.
