A traveling test system of small-sized bogie car for a railway vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and the railway vehicle development period by testing the critical speed of the small-sized bogie car under the various environments. A traveling test system of a small-sized bogie car for a railway vehicle is composed of a small-sized bogie car(100), a traveling test unit for the traveling test of a small-sized bogie car, a speed measuring unit measuring the critical speed of the tested small-sized bogie car, a data processing unit calculating the critical speed of the real railway vehicle after collecting the measured speed value, and a support unit which is formed in a main frame. The support unit is composed of an LM guide rail and a ball screw handle supported by a main frame, an LM guide block ascended and descended along the LM guide rail, a link, and a support guide.
