A vacuum packer with a hand sealer is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of a vacuum packer by unitarily forming a part sucking air and a part sealing a vinyl envelope. A vacuum packer with a hand sealer comprises a sealer main body(20), a push board(30), a heating member(50), a suction pipe(40) and a suction driver. The push board is installed on the upper surface of the sealer main body through a hinge part. The heating member is connected to a power supply unit inside the sealer main body to be electrified. When the entrance of the vinyl envelope is sealed with the heating member and the push board, the suction pipe is arranged in the inlet part of the vinyl envelope. The suction driver sucks the air through the suction pipe to the vinyl envelope inside and makes the inside of vinyl envelope vacuum.
