A communication method is provided to maximize frequency use and spectrum use efficiency by providing a communication service and a broadcast service in a mobile communication system at the same time. One frame includes a first resource section and a second resource section. The second resource section includes a first service section and a second service section. A first service is provided to a first terminal(300) through the first resource section. A second service is provided to the first terminal, a second terminal(300'), and a sub device(200) during a first time section of the first service section among the second resource section. A third service is provided to the sub device through the second service section among the second resource section.
