An ice cone equipped with the tissue having the advertizing effect is provided, which enables to wipe off the ice cream stuck in the hand or the circumference of the lip. An ice cone comprises: an outer side snack layer(20) which covers the outer side of the inside ice cream(10); a packing material(30) that surrounds the outer side snack layer; a tissue(40) which is inserted between the outer side snack layer and packing material along the outer circumference of the outer side snack layer. In the tissue, advertisement and/or game is printed.
