A concrete leak prevention blocking plate of a finishing member for the placing concrete is provided to secure the safety and the reliability using the concrete finishing member. A concrete leak prevention blocking plate of a finishing member for the placing concrete comprises: a concrete placed surface(8) formed convexly; an arc-shaped recess(6) concavely formed to an opening(7) side having a vertical blocking bar(20) inside; a concavo-convex shield(5); a hanging piece(1) having an arc barrier groove(2), continuously formed integrally in both side end of the concavo-convex shield; a blocking plate(P) closely contacted with a flat contact surface(4); and an elastic blade part formed integrally with the flat contact surface to be closely contacted to one side outer around face of the vertical blocking bar.
