A method and a system for providing a conversation dictionary service based on user created dialog data are provided to use conversation dictionaries created by each user and other users, thereby building a conversation dictionary database. An example generating unit provides a form page for editing an example to be stored in an example database to a specific user. A category management unit(131) links information inputted in a context information input area with information inputted in a conversation input area. An example storage unit(134) stores the information in the example database.
