<p>An organic electro-luminescence display and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a process by making a first gate electrode, a second source electrode, a first drain electrode of the same material. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes a switching thin film transistor(T1), a driving thin transistor(T2), and an organic electric field radiation cell. A switching thin film transistor is connected to a gate line and a data line(104), and a first gate electrode(156) of a switching thin film transistor, a first source electrode(158), and a first drain electrode are formed in the same layer with the same material. The second gate electrode(106) of the driving thin-film transistor, a second source electrode(108), and the second drain electrode(110) are formed in the same layer with the same material.</p> |
