A pixel and an organic light emitting display thereof is provided to prevent the reduction of a voltage corresponding to a stored data signal stored in a capacitor by compensating a leakage current of a capacitor. In a pixel and an organic light emitting display thereof, a first transistor(M1) passes a driving current from a first node to a second node to in response to a voltage transmitted to a gate electrode. A second transistor(M2) transmits a signal transmitted to a data line to a first node in response to a scan signal. A fourth transistor(M4) transmits an initialization signal in response to a second scanning signal, and a sixth transistor(M6) passes a driving current to the organic light-emitting diode in response to a emitting control signal.
