A level using foaming resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve measuring accuracy by preventing a fixture and a body housing from being twisted and moved. A level using foaming resin comprises: a body housing(100) having a square hollow formed inside, and one or more transparent parts(104) formed on single-side; a droplet pipe(200) having a transparent tube body shape; one or more fixtures(300) having a droplet pipe insert hole and an injection hole; a foaming resin member in which the droplet pipe, the fixture and the body housing are unitarily fixed. The droplet pipe, the fixture and the body housing are coupled and a void is formed. In the void, the foaming resin is charged through the injection hole of the fixture. The droplet pipe and the fixture are unitarily fixed to the body housing with the foaming resin.
