A method for providing a virtual remodeling execution service in an internet, a system thereof, a web server, and a recording medium where a program for executing the method is recorded are provided to supply information about a remodeling structure that a demander wants. A web server includes a database storing current structure information of a remodeling target building and available structure information of the remodeling target building. The web server receives remodeling request information about the remodeling target building from a demander terminal(S520). The web server determines whether to accept the received remodeling request based on the available structure information of the remodeling target building(S540). The web server transmits a message to the demander terminal according to whether to accept the remodeling request(S550,S560).
