An apparatus and a method for measuring radiated power of a power control wireless device by using a coupled transmission line are provided to use a coupled transmission line without a test mode program and a base station simulator, thereby measuring the maximum radiated power of the power control wireless device with small installation costs, easy measurement, a small installation space and no relation with a kind of a device. A coupling unit(12) is positioned within a shielding body shielded from an external microwave environment to couple a signal with a measurement target object. A variable attenuating unit(13) is connected to an input/output terminal of the coupling unit. The variable attenuating unit adjusts intensity of a transmitting signal from the measurement target object and intensity of a receiving signal from an external device. A radiated power measuring unit is connected to a coupling terminal of the coupling unit to measure radiated power from the measurement target object. Terminating units(14,15) terminate terminals except the coupling terminal and the input/output terminal of the coupling unit.
