METHOD FOR FABRICATING ANTI-VIRUS CHOPPING BOARD FOR ENABLING BOILING USE AND ANTI-VIRUS CHOPPING BOARD

An anti-virus chopping board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain high durability in spite of light weight by using polyurethanes as main component and to improve the heat resistance of the chopping board through a quenching process. A manufacturing method of an anti-virus chopping board is as follows. Polyol and diol with average molecular weight of 1000~3000 are mixed at the weight ratio of 1:0.2~1:0.4 to produce a mixture of polyol and diol. Isocyanate is added to the mixture to produce polyurethane polymer. The polyurethane polymer is aged for stabilization of polymer(S10). A quenching process using polymer is performed in one of temperature ranges of 80~100°C(where hardness is below 85A) and 100~120°C(where hardness is more than 85A)(S20). The chopping board is completed by crushing, extruding, and molding the polymer(S30).
