HEAT SHOCK RESISTANCE INDUCING GENE FROM SOYBEAN

摘要

A heat shock resistance inducing gene isolated from a soybean is provided to produce therapeutic agent of high temperature resistance inducing gene containing DnaJ-like gene(Swi17). A high temperature resistance inducing gene(Swi17) isolated from a soybean has a sequence of the sequence number 1. The Swi17 protein is encoded by the gene and has an amino acid of the sequence number 2. The Swi17 protein targets the nucleus. A His-Swi17 recombinant fusion protein is expressed using expression vectore in E.coli. A therapeutic agent of high temperature resistance inducing gene contains a gene of sequence number 1.
