<p>A double-sided light emitting White OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an unstable performance characteristic due to a complicated characteristic change and mixture of various materials by simplifying the mixed material. A hole injection layer(51) is formed on an ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) thin-film which is formed on a glass plate. The hole injection layer performs a function of an intermediate layer to efficiently inject hole to a hole transport layer(52) in anode. The hole which is injected to the hole transport layer is delivered to an emissive layer consisting of a lower blue light-emitting layer(53), a middle yellow light-emitting layer(54), and upper blue light-emitting layer(55). An electron injection layer(58) performs a function as an intermediate layer for efficiently injecting the electrons to electron transport layer(57) in cathode. The electron departed from the cathode passes through the electron injection layer and is injected to an LUMO(Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbital) of the electron transport layer.</p> |
