A blood separation device equipped with a support stand is provided, which enables to pass the separation of the blood fast and accurately. A blood separation device comprises: a fixing unit(110); a press portion(120) which relatively moves against the fixing unit; and a supporting plate(190) which is horizontally arranged. The fixing unit is fixed to the supporting plate perpendicularly. The press portion is rotatably installed at the supporting plate backward and forward. The interval of the press portion and fixing unit changes by moving the press portion against the fixing unit. The spring is installed between the press portion and supporting plate or the fixing unit.
