A wire grid polarizing plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably form an optical sheet for diffusion and condensing for improving an optical property in a top part or a bottom part of a wire grid polarizing plate. A wire grid polarizing plate(210) includes a transparent substrate(201), a nano structure(203), and a metal pattern(207). The nano structure is formed on the transparent substrate. The nano structure comprises convex shapes(202) and concave shapes(204). The metal pattern is formed in the concave shapes of the nano structure. An interval of the metal pattern is less than 200nm.
