A cosmetic composition for improving atopic dermatitis cure using 5,6,3',5'-tetra methoxy 7,4'-hydroxy flavone is provided to improve anti-inflammation, antioxidation, antibacterial, cell proliferation, skin itch cure, and atopic dermatitis cure. A cosmetic composition for improving atopic dermatitis cures comprises a 5,6,3',5'-tetra methoxy 7,4'-hydroxy flavones as an active ingredient. The 5,6,3',5'-tetra methoxy 7,4'-hydroxy flavones is contained in a ratio of 0.1-10 weight% based on total cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition is used in a form of skin lotion, essence, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, eye cream, massage cream, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, power, and pack. The 5,6,3',5'-tetra methoxy 7,4'-hydroxy flavones is isolated from Artemisia princeps extract.
