A three-dimensional display device for gamma-ray and neutron distribution of a tokamak is provided to reduce the time for detection by detecting gamma-ray and neutron at the same time and to display the gamma-ray and neutron detection in 2D or 3D image. A three-dimensional display device for gamma-ray and neutron distribution of a tokamak comprises a sensor(100) located outside the tokamak(10) to measure the gamma-ray emitted during the operation of the tokamak, a sensor holding unit(200) installed on the end of the sensor holding unit and moving the sensor along the circumferential and height directions of the tokamak, a power supply unit(300) applying high voltage to the sensor, a control unit(500) which converts, stores, and computes the values measured in the sensor, an image unit(400) mapping the computed value into 3D image, and an output unit(600) displaying the 3D image.
