A folding driving circuit of a vehicle side mirror is provided to effectively prevent the degradation of the driving strength and quality. A folding driving circuit of a vehicle side mirror comprises: a normal rotation driving part rotating a motor(M101) rotating rightly and inversely in order to fold or spread the side mirror for the vehicles when the drive power is applied through a first and second terminal(J101, J102); a reverse rotation drive part rotating reversely the motor when the drive power is applied through the first and second terminal; a capacitor(C103) for suppressing the generated elementary wave in the reverse rotating of the motor while connected to both ends of the motor; an EMI filter part(140) connected with a capacitor(C106) for suppressing the third harmonic; and a discharging circuit part(150) discharging the charging electric charge of the EMI filter part.
