A driving circuit and a liquid crystal display device including the same are provided to compensate for a gamma voltage according to deviation of the liquid crystal display by changing a high potential power voltage of a gamma voltage supply unit. A positive gamma voltage generating unit(162) is connected between a variable high potential power voltage and a half voltage. The positive gamma voltage generating unit outputs a plurality of positive gamma voltages, and the negative polarity gamma voltage generator(164) is connected between the half voltage and a low-potential power voltage. The negative polarity gamma voltage generator outputs a plurality of negative gamma voltages, and a gamma reference voltage generating unit(166) supplies a plurality of gamma voltages to the positive gamma voltage generating unit and a negative polarity gamma voltage generator.
