A basis mat for the soft foundation is provided to increase the workability and productivity of the soft ground reinforcing construction by increasing the frictional force with the ground. A basis mat for the soft foundation comprises: a mat fabric(10); a hem(20) located at an edge part of the mat fabric, having different color with the mat fabric; a plurality of seams(21) in which the hem is fixed at a left and right edge part with specific width while surrounding the left and right edge part; and a plurality of gullies formed on an upper part and lower part of the mat fabric. |
