A tire type portal crane, a tire type portal crane system and a transport method of the crane are provided to reduce pollutants such as fuel waste, noise and exhaust gas, and to prevent delay due to the stop of power supply. A tire type portal crane is composed of a power supply container(20) and a suspension unit(5). During the movement of the crane on lanes, the power supply container is provided with electricity from an external power supply arranged in each lane. The power supply container includes a power supply unit(E) for electricity supply and a housing(26) containing the power supply unit. The suspension unit is operated to suspend the power supply container when the crane moves from lane to lane.
