A printer for a mobile device is provided to prevent damage to photographic paper and reduce total weight by not installing a separate cutter. A printer for a mobile device comprises: a paper roll(20) in which a photographic paper(22) processed with partial disconnection is reeled in a traverse direction at the predetermined printing direction length; a record head printing on the photographic paper through a thermal printing method; a platen assembly(58) for selectively pushing the photographic paper closely to the record head; a transferring unit for transferring the photographic paper forward and backward; and a housing(2) with a vent. The print ejects the photographic paper part which is completely printed through a vent to outside to enable a user to detach the photographic paper which is completely printed.
