A tool for the drinking is provided, which obtains excellent cool-keeping effect and enables to use the cup of which diameter is small. A tool for the drinking comprises: a body(2) in which an opening and closing hole is formed while being received into the hole(11) formed in the table; refrigerant(3) which is charged inside the body and maintains the temperature; a stopper(6) which is attached to the opening and closing hole(5) and controls the incoming and outgoing of the refrigerant; and a cup(4) which is settled in the receiving part(7) of the body.
