POLYURETHANE FOAM COMPOSITIONS FOR PIPES INSULATION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND FOAM THEREFROM

A polyurethane foam composition is provided to maintain proper reactivity at a high temperature, to ensure excellent mechanical strength preventing cracking, carbonization, weakening of adhesive force and fire retardant characteristic. A polyurethane foam composition for insulation pipe includes mixed polyols, mixed isocyanates, catalyst, foaming agent and surfactant. The mixed polyols comprises (i) polyester polyol polymerized with glycol in highly functional aromatic polyester polyol; (ii) Mannich base polyether polyol obtained by adding propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to the Mannich base; (iii) sucrose polyether polyol obtained by adding propylene oxide and butylene oxide to sucrose or sorbitol; (iv) glycol polyether polyol obtained by adding styrene oxide butylene oxide to glycol; and (v) bisphenol A polyether polyol obtained by adding styrene oxide and butylene oxide to bisphenol A.
