A communication system for making digital contents is provided to check a work schedule of each department or worker, facilitate work management and work result evaluation, and increase efficiency for communicating and linking business among the workers of each work unit. A contents database(111) stores general information hierarchically linking at least one of contents information, a work unit, a department of each unit work, and worker information, and schedule information based on the general information. A communicator(112) receives work result information from each terminal(130), transfers the work result information to a manager terminal(120), and transfers a suspension or approval signal received from the manager terminal to the terminal or the next terminal. A work manager(113) updates the schedule information based on the approval signal, and transfers work progress information of each worker of each department to the manager terminal or the terminal. |
