A side gate hinge structure of a deck in a truck is provided to improve the external appearance of the truck by preventing the deformation of a side gate. A side gate hinge structure of a deck in a truck comprises: a lower hinge(12) being fixed on a flower frame(11) of the deck and having a assembling hole at the center; a hinge wing(14) which is inserted into the assembling hole with being installed to be fixed to the side gate(13); and a hinge pin(15) passing through the lower hinge and the hinge wing. The hinge pin comprises: a pin body of a cylindrical shape; and a head part(15a) formed on one side of the pin body with big diameter. The hinge wing assembly formed at the pin body with having smaller diameter than the diameter of the pin body.
