IMPROVED METHODS OF MID-FREQUENCY DECOUPLING

An improved method of mid-frequency decoupling is provided to control instance of a wire between a capacitor and a semiconductor through a vertical arrangement of capacitor. A plurality of inner layer panels includes at least two or a plurality of inner layer panel capacitors, and a part of the inner layer panel capacitors has a different area with that of the other. The plural inner layer panel capacitor is built in a PWB(Printed Wiring Board) semiconductor package(5000) in a lamination step. The PWM semiconductor package has reduced impedance between the frequency range between 5x10^7 Hz and 3x10^9 Hz.
