SINGLE CABLE FOR A GAS WELDINGMACHINE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A single cable for a gas welding machine and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a physical friction between a power train line and a control line by installing a pair of control lines between a gas transfer pipe and an inner insulation pipe. A gas transfer path is formed in a gas transfer pipe(10). A pair of control lines(20) is parallel arranged in an outer surface of the gas transfer pipe. A pair of control lines is made of conductor having a rectangular section. An inner insulation pipe(30) is coated in the outer surface of the gas transfer pipe in order to surround a pair of control lines. The inner insulation pipe is made of thermoplastic resin. A power train line(40) surrounds an outer surface of the inner insulation pipe. A shielding tape(50) surrounds an outer surface of the power train line. An outer insulation pipe(60) is coated in an outer surface of the shielding tape.
